Ben Beard is the owner of The Gentry Group and co-founded it in 1987. Ben is a lawyer and a CPA. He is very active in the Monroe County Builders Association. He has been their Secretary/Treasurer for three 2 year terms and a board member for many years as well.

Pat Figg has been a part of The Gentry Group since 1988. She helps new home buyers with the purchasing process by guiding clients through the financing and selection of a floor plan and lot that fits the needs of each individual or family. Pat has extensive knowledge and experience with new construction, as well as helping clients buy and sell homes all over Monroe County.

Cathy Cooper, Design Coordinator Cathy has extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of the design industry. If you build in one of our neighborhoods, Cathy helps to pick out interior and exterior selections that best fit each person/families needs, tastes and uses.
