The Gentry Construction Process
The building process with Gentry is a team effort to make building your new home as simple and convenient as possible.

Pat Figg & Angie Lamb lead the Gentry sales team, putting their 30+ years experience to work for their clients. They have always taken great pride in developing relationships and helping each and every client find the right home. Respectively they have helped sell from conception Gentry Estates, Gentry Honours, Highland Park, and Gentry East. Surely, no one knows the Gentry area better than Pat and Angie. They have been dedicated to learning everything they can about building a better home. Pat is the only Diamond Certified Building Science Realtor in the state of Indiana. Pat and Angie have both been born and raised in beautiful Bloomington, Indiana and know the area well. We each have our separate talents to accomplish the goal of building an efficient, comfortable and attractive home with great value.

Sales Staff
The sales staff will help you determine the best location in one our areas either Gentry East or Highland Park Estates or another off site location of your choice. You can choose a floor plan from our portfolio of plans that can be modified to best serve your needs or bring us another floor plan that you have available. We are staffed with the talents of David Killion that can bring a plan to life on his computer and create your floor plan with all the modifications. Once we have the information about the location and floor plan we can complete preliminary pricing and determine the timing for the construction of your new home. Included in our guarantees are Energy Star and Environments for Living which is a 3 year guarantee for heating and cooling costs from completion and possession. When you build in Gentry East or Highland Park Estates we will build your home with a 10% down payment and that is all that will be required until final closing. During the process of construction the sales staff is always available for any questions that will help during the process of financing, selections and advice.

Blueprint & Production Staff
Once the location and floor plan are established David Killion will meet with the Buyers to make detailed instructions on the plans dealing with all structural and mechanical changes to the plan. During the process changes can be made prior to ordering of the materials. While the home is under construction, David will make sure that materials are ordered and the subcontractors are available in a timely fashion to complete the home within the parameters of the contract timing. David Killion and Ben Beard will be involved from the beginning to the end of creating this brand new Gentry home.

Design Coordinator
Talented and gifted Cathy Cooper, CAC Designs will help you select every surface, color and design that you would like to create in your new home. From the exterior surfaces to the interior floorings, counter tops, kitchen design and wall colors, Cathy will devote her time to bringing your new home to a beautiful completion. Our selection area is located in our model home at 1229 South Barnes Drive in Gentry East.

Subcontractors
All our subcontractors, heating & cooling, plumbers, electricians, framers, insulators, trim carpenters have been educated to follow the proper procedure to build a Gentry home that is efficient and comfortable with our new building science to create the best possible home for the future.
